Comes in variety of sizes (see dropdown menu). Each size comes with 2" / 5cm extender chain for adjustments.

..:: How to choose a right size ::..
Measure any other choker you own. Or take a piece of string and put it over your neck. Then measure the string.

Your measurement most likely will be somewhere between sizes. Than if you prefer your choker sitting tighter opt for a smaller size (you still will have 5cm (2 inches) extender). If you prefer your choker be looser, than choose bigger size.
